  "The Designer Is Responsible..." BUT "Designer" Is NOT Defined BY THE MMAH... IS IT THE ENGINEER? THE ARCHITECT? THE TRUSS SALES REP WHO DESIGNED THE TRUSS PLACEMENT GUIDE? OR... THE BCIN DESIGNER?
