Titanic II... The Iceberg Is Surfacing...
With each and every roof collapse, the public must begin to ask... could this have been prevented? There is now mounting evidence that what I now referred to as "Titanic II" was indeed a valid public safety concern and signs that the iceberg was surfacing were clearly showing... in spite of what I saw as outrageous attempts to hide the issues from the public - issues of public safety - and it was because of this that I - unlike so many - simply could not remain silent in these matters - my conscience would not allow it!
