Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC)
The Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC) is the organization that works with municipalities in the determination of proper valuations for property tax bills.

Homes with major structural defects such as those described in the "cathedral ceiling calamity" are, in my opinion, over-valued due to the major structural defects they are hiding and which have been kept from the public by the many "players" aware of the issues, and as such, property owners for these structures are over-taxed by municipalities on property tax bills!

In my opinion, if it can be shown that the municipalities knew of problems with specific structures (i.e., based on BCIN number, etc.), then, the case could, in my opinion, be made for fraud by these same municipalities and/or provinces that would knowingly over-tax homeowners of these structures while at the same time, in my opinion, neglecting their duty to act in matters of public safety in alerting these homeowners to the problems with their homes.
