"Not My Job... Former Min. Of Finance & Superintendent of Financial Institutions" - Jim Flaherty (deceased)
Flaherty told us this fell under Christian Paradis, Minister of Industry (oversees National Building Code). Yes, there Paradis had a "to do" as far as building code issues, however, Flaherty as the Superintendent of Financial Institutions overseeing the financial well-being of financial institutions - such as banks, insurance companies and stock markets located in Canada, in our opinion, also very much had a "to do" in matters pertaining to the impacts of this building scandal on banks (over-valued mortgages due to major structural defects in homes), insurance providers (title insurance), and securities dealers (mortgage backed securities).

Future cash flows associated with mortgages (i.e. principal and interest) were bundled and sold by the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation as "mortgage backed securities"...sold to the tune of trillions of dollars on stock markets - very much - in our opinion, giving Flaherty a
 "TO DO"!

IN SPITE OF EMAILS TO PARADIS, HE NEVER WROTE BACK AND TO THIS DAY HAS REMAINED SILENT ON THESE ISSUES!
