When our nightmare started in 2009, Member of Parliament Rick Bartolucci [who was also Cabinet Chair for then Premier of Ontario Dalton McGuinty] was from the very city where we were building... City of Greater Sudbury, Ontario. Bartolucci had also been a former city councillor and deputy mayor for this same municipality which had now made the life of my family a living nightmare. Many of Bartolucci's "friends" were still very much in office in Sudbury! To make matters worse, Bartolucci was also the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing when our nightmare started. A rather HUGE conflict of interest. As such, I waited until he left that position and was replaced by Kat hleen Wynne...who would go on to be Premier of Ontario before submitting my over 1,000+ pages in Powerpoint to the Ministry. In spite of my many emails to Wynne, not once did she ever reply.

NOTE: HER ATTORNEY GENERAL, JOHN GERRETSEN, WAS, IN MY OPINION, AT THE VERY HEART OF THIS BUILDING SCANDAL AS THE MINISTER OF MUNICIPAL AFFAIRS AND HOUSING WHEN THE PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS OF ONTARIO WROTE A VERY INCRIMINATING LETTER WARNING OF A PROBLEM IN THE TRUSS INDUSTRY IN 2007!!!
