ON THE DAY I personally gave a summons to appear as a witness to Former Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing, Rick Bartolucci and to City of Greater Sudbury Building Services (via Mayor's Office), and also on the same day I sent an email to the Mayor of the City of Greater Sudbury advising her that the issuance of ANY debt instruments by the municipality without proper disclosure to the public of an impending lawsuit pertaining to this building fiasco, Marc Levasseur (who had many connections with the municipality of the City of Greater Sudbury) went form "small law firm in Sudbury" to GLOBAL LAW FIRM out of Toronto - one of the largest in Canada representing insurance firms. JUST COINCIDENCE???

A big "global law firm" in small claims court (since no law firm would touch this until it went class action and so many had done all they could to keep these issues from the public), was truly "impressive" but, it did NOT frighten me because I KNEW the law was COMPLETELY on my side and no big law firm would make the defense any more "right" in anything.

It was my opinion that had the "trial" been allowed to proceed and the issues actually had been heard, I could have beat that "global law firm" with one hand tied behind my back, and one eye taped shut! THEY HAD NOTHING IN THEIR FAVOR... and truly, I could not help but wonder if my designer was the "real client" because I simply no longer believed in "just coincidence" and the fact that this big law firm had been secured the very day I filed a summons for the Former Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing and also with the municipality of City of Greater Sudbury... call me "suspicious" but, I am still entitled to "my thoughts" and "my opinions" and my right to express them!!!
