THE DAY I SERVED FORMER MINISTER OF MUNICIPAL AFFAIRS AND HOUSING BARTOLUCCI AND CITY OF GREATER SUDBURY EMPLOYEE (via Mayor's Office) AND THE DAY (MONDAY) THE MAYOR & CITY TREASURER WOULD HAVE SEEN A LETTER I WROTE ON THE WEEKEND ABOUT THE ISSUING OF DEBT INSTRUMENTS BY THE MUNICIPALITY WITHOUT PROPER DISCLOSURE OF A MATERIAL FACT, Defendant Marc Levasseur (with many ties to CGS and its key personnel) went from "small law firm in Sudbury"...To GLOBAL law firm out of Toronto and one of biggest representing insurance industry in Canada... JUST COINCIDENCE??? Marc Levasseur had a "small law firm" since the day the claim was filed... Nov. 17, 2011... so... why the sudden need to "change lawyers" and to go with one of the very biggest - and global - law firms in the industry ... for SMALL CLAIMS COURT... and on this very day???
