The IPC, like so many others, had received a ton of information from me... thousands of pages... and the facts were
clearly evident. The decision of the IPC to rule in favor of the City Of Greater Sudbury...
well... I guess that is something the IPC will have to explain to the people of Ontario - and
personally - I think they are going to have a rather hard time doing that and explaining why they now limited me to ONE Freedom of Information Request PER YEAR!!!
