Title Insurance Caps... As Signs Of Problems!
City of Greater Sudbury was fighting us via Information and Privacy (IPC) appeals at the same time this "pilot project" was announced. Furthermore, city officials had the nerve to call our issues "frivolous and vexatious" (no other option could be used to refuse the release of information to us).The IPC - at the urging of the municipality - also limited us to 1 Freedom of Information request PER YEAR as this municipality attempted to shield itself from further liability via the release of very damaging information!
Note: The IPC - a tribunal - is overseen by Attorney General John Gerretsen - a man, in our opinion, at the very center of this public safety building scandal!
