"Not My Job... Ontario Provincial Police (OPP)... "
But.. Breach of Public Trust Is A CRIMINAL Offense!

"Go to City of Greater Sudbury Police"... It is THEIR jurisdiction... THEY would have to involve the OPP!
According to the OPP, the starting place for any investigation had to be the City of Greater Sudbury Police. But... when I gave that police chief (at the time, Frank Elsner) my files, he decided, "coincidently" to "look for another job". He never responded to any of my emails for an investigation into breach of public trust by CGS Council and/or CGS' top administrators. Interestingly, a previous police chief, Ian Davidson, who had worked with key players at the center of this building scandal (i.e., MPP Rick Bartolucci and, as a Deputy Solicitor General, potentially with Attorney General John Gerretsen) well... that former City of Greater Sudbury police chief, in December of 2013, as the election neared, announced his intention to return to City of Greater Sudbury... when Sudbury was now looking for a "new police chief". Just coincidence or a very well orchestrated move by high level politicians to attempt to squash any real investigation into the issues. If an investigation MUST begin at the initiation of the City of Greater Sudbury police force, would that ever happen if there existed, what could only be, in my opinion, very serious conflicts of interest.

Also note that the mayor and one of the current city councillors (Ron Dupuis) were also on the "police board" at the City of Greater Sudbury... two more key players in this scandal with VERY close ties to the police organization that would have to initiate the investigation into all of this as the police organization "having jurisdiction"!

The next page shows the UNOPENED envelope containing the memory stick with the files I had provided to the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) - proof positive of "what I had given them for investigation" and what they had considered "civil only". Breach of public trust is a CRIMINAL offense as is fraud. The public and taxpayers of City of Greater Sudbury can decide whether or not both of these are issues - especially given a municipality's duty to third parties as established in the Supreme Court decision of Kamloops v. Nielson.
